  • Customers can either call Customer care team at (phone num) or email at (email address) to request return.
  • As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a pre-printed tamper proof package with our return address and unique serial number.
  • Secure your jewellery with the original packaging materials and certificate in the tamper proof package.
  • Once your package is ready, contact our customer care team and we will send a courier to pick up from you.
  • Once your return is inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item, and your refund or new item will be processed.
  • If the mode of payment was through online net banking or credit/debit cards, the refund will be processed by reversal of previous transaction.
  • If the mode of payment was though COD(Cash On Delivery), the Customer will receive refund in Online Caratglow Wallet. However, if Customer would like to receive the amount in bank account, he/she will be asked for bank details to receive the refund amount.

  • Gift cards can be used only at CaratGlow website.
  • The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift card can be redeemed only for jewellery purchase from CaratGlow.
  • On the basis of redemption of the gift cards, the customer has to pay the balance amount via credit/debit card, online net banking or cash.
  • Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges.
  • The Gift cards cannot be clubbed with any other live offers or sale discount.
  • Gift card can only be used once, and is valid for selected products and selected range.
  • Gift card cannot be replaced if lost or misused.
  • Gift cards are valid for a limited time only and expire on the date specified.
  • If a product returned to us that had been purchased using gift card, the value will be refunded back onto that gift card.
