2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within one business day after payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 15 business days to craft before shipping.
- Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with:

- Link to track your shipment in real-time
- If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
6. Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof branded boxes. For gift orders, additional packaging options are available at checkout.
7. Delays & Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or customs clearance.
- However, we will assist in resolving issues and tracking shipments to the best of our ability.
8. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
- We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Reshipping due to customer error will incur additional charges.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- In case of lost or visibly damaged shipments, contact us within 24 hours of delivery attempt.
- We may request unboxing videos/photos to file a claim with the courier.
- A replacement or refund will be decided after investigation and claim confirmation.
